At Fog City, players listen to their coaches and teammates with attention and respect. We’re open to feedback, ask questions when we need to, and follow directions thoughtfully.

Being on time and ready to go is key. We expect players to come prepared for every practice and game, eager to jump into the action as soon as it starts.

Fog City players take pride in their team—helping their teammates learn, celebrating their victories, and cheering them on to do their best. On the field, they play unselfish lacrosse, sharing the ball and handling both wins and losses gracefully.

Good sportsmanship is a cornerstone of our club. We show respect to our opponents, accept referee decisions, and show appreciation for the support from our coaches, parents, and teammates.

Fog City players bring their best effort to every drill and game, always looking to apply what they’ve learned and improve. They maintain a positive attitude, support their teammates, and stay motivated even when things don’t go their way.
